Since 1976, Rutland, Vermont, has been home to the Crowley Brother's Memorial 10K. This 6 mi (10 km) marathon is the cornerstone of a weekend full of festivities. Other activities taking place during the event include a short-distance children's marathon as well as a 3 mi (5 km) marathon. The 6 mi marathon begins in Proctor, Vermont and ends in downtown Rutland.
